Report what changed since the last provider review
Report the difference between what you last gave the provider and what the business is now, and only the differences you can point to in a record. Stripe's prohibited-uses section says a change to personal or business information must be reported to Stripe immediately, and it forbids inaccurate information and the use of Stripe for products that were not disclosed. That is Stripe's rule for a Stripe account. Another provider's review is defined by the request that provider sent. You can list ownership, catalog, channel, fulfillment, and processing changes your records show. You should not omit a change because it is inconvenient. The provider decides what the review requires and what happens to the account. A change you cannot document stays unknown. Describe the work you need. Prism will confirm scope, responsibilities, fees, and terms before work begins.
For: An owner or authorized representative of a business that sells peptides for laboratory research use only and has an ongoing account review, not a first application.
Updated 2026-09-21
The request defines this review
An ongoing review starts with the provider's current request and with the packet you sent last time. Read the questions it actually asks. Answer those, and also correct any fact in the last packet that is no longer true, when your records show the change. A first application, a reserve question, and a single support ticket are different jobs. Do not answer them with this comparison.
If you do not have the last packet, say so. Reconstructing it from memory is not a dated record. The missing packet is a fact the review needs to know.
Stripe's notice duty is not a template for every provider
Stripe says that if personal or business information changes, you must notify Stripe immediately. It also forbids a misleading description of the business and the use of the account for products or services that were not in the application. Use those sentences when the account under review is a Stripe account. Quote them as Stripe's rule, not as a schedule you can apply to another company.
For a different provider, the timing and the contents come from that provider's request and agreement. If the request does not list a topic, you can still report a change that makes the live business different from the last description. You cannot know, from this page, which unlisted change that provider will treat as material.
Compare the storefront as a whole
Prism's features page says a review looks at how the catalog, promotional content, and store policies describe the business together, including product descriptions, marketing claims, and the business identity on the site. A change isolated to one product page can still conflict with the homepage, a policy, or the description in the last application. Report the conflict rather than picking the narrower page.
A research-use description on one page does not erase a different description somewhere else. Do not remove a product from the account narrative while leaving it on the site. The provider can read both. A Prism review of those pages is informational. It is not a decision that the account will stay open.
Ownership, channels, fulfillment, and processing are separate changes
Ownership is the legal entity and the people the last application named. A new owner, a new address, or a new public brand is a change only when a formation record, a registry filing, or the live site shows it. A channel change is a checkout, a wholesale invoice, or another order path that opened or closed. A fulfillment change is the place orders ship from. A processing change is the provider, the payment methods, or the checkout placement that is live now.
Do not collapse those into one sentence such as nothing material changed. If one of them changed and the others did not, say which. If you cannot find the record, the row stays unknown. WooCommerce's payments screen can show which providers are enabled in the store. It does not prove what you told the provider at the last review.
What an accurate reply can and cannot do
You can send a dated list: the request, the last disclosure, the current record, and the items you could not verify. You can ask the provider which of the listed changes it wants explained. You cannot decide the outcome. The provider decides eligibility, reserves, and whether the account continues. The provider decides the review outcome and account terms. Scope is discussed before any review work.
The contact form is a way to ask Prism for help connecting the provider's website questions to the pages. It is not the submission to the provider. There is no published response time. Whether a particular change will matter to the reviewer is unknown until the provider says so.
Review-period change register
Compare the last information given to this provider with a record from the current business. Do not write no change unless you checked the record. Do not omit a change to make the review narrower than the live business. Worksheet entries are not submitted by this worksheet or saved by this site. Use only non-sensitive summaries; do not enter credentials, government identifiers, card or bank-account numbers, private receipt links, or customer details.
Worksheet entries are not submitted by Prism’s worksheet and are not saved by the site. Use record types, availability, anonymized observations, or match/mismatch results. Do not enter government identifiers, customer names or addresses, customer messages, receipt-access links, card or bank details, passwords, or keys. Send sensitive documents only through the provider’s verified secure channel.

Your note
The provider's request
Records to compareThe current review message, including any deadline it states and the questions it lists.
How to report a difference or a gapQuote the request. If there is no written request, say this is not yet a review response.
Last disclosure
Records to compareThe application, questionnaire, or packet you last sent this provider, with its date.
How to report a difference or a gapIf you cannot find it, write missing. Do not rebuild it from memory and present it as the prior disclosure.
Legal entity and ownership
Records to compareThe formation or change record and the business name on the live site, compared with the last disclosure.
How to report a difference or a gapReport a new entity, owner, or address only when a record shows it. A brand name that differs from the entity needs both names.
Catalog and claims
Records to compareThe current product list and the public descriptions, compared with what the last disclosure said you sell.
How to report a difference or a gapInclude a product that is live even if you hope to remove it. Do not substitute a narrower list.
Policies and identity on the site
Records to compareShipping, returns, and the contact or about page, compared with the catalog and with the last disclosure.
How to report a difference or a gapNote a conflict between pages. A Prism review can discuss that conflict. It does not decide the account.
Sales channels
Records to compareThe live checkout, invoices, or other order paths, and which of those existed at the last review.
How to report a difference or a gapSay which channels are live and which are only planned.
Fulfillment
Records to compareThe location orders ship from now, compared with the location last disclosed.
How to report a difference or a gapIf inventory and the contracting company are in different places, state both.
Processing
Records to compareThe provider and methods enabled now, including what WooCommerce shows as enabled if that is the store, compared with the last disclosure.
How to report a difference or a gapA newly enabled method is a change. The settings screen is not the provider's approval of that method.
Not yet documented
Records to compareAny item above that you could not tie to a record.
How to report a difference or a gapLeave it unknown. Do not describe it as unchanged.
These are temporary notes. Leaving or reloading this page may clear them. The consultation form does not include these entries.
Limits
A Prism consultation can help you organize the facts and discuss the website or processing question. The payment provider decides eligibility, pricing, reserves, and whether an account is opened or closed.
Stripe's duty to report business changes applies to a Stripe account. It is not a schedule for every provider.
An accurate update does not decide the review, release a reserve, or establish that the catalog is eligible.
Stripe prohibited and restricted businesses — checked 2026-09-21. Changes to personal or business information must be reported to Stripe immediately. Stripe forbids misleading business information and use of the account for products that were not disclosed.
Prism features — checked 2026-09-21. A review considers the catalog, promotional content, policies, and business disclosures together. Findings are informational and do not guarantee approval or continued processing.
Prism solutions — checked 2026-09-21. The provider decides eligibility and account terms. Prism can help connect a provider's website questions to the pages involved. Scope, fees, and terms are discussed before work.
WooCommerce settings — checked 2026-09-21. The payments screen shows which available providers are enabled in the store. Enabling a provider there is not the provider's review decision.
Prism contact — checked 2026-09-21. Follow-up is by email. The form is not a submission to the payment provider and does not start a processing application.
