Processing choices

Research-use-only peptide payment processing

Prism can discuss your public storefront and help you organize an accurate description of the business for a processing conversation. Prism does not decide whether a provider will open or keep an account. Bring the real legal entity, where the business operates, what the catalog actually sells, how orders are taken, and the specific processing or website problem. Leave unknown items blank rather than guessing. Describe the work you need. Prism will confirm scope, responsibilities, fees, and terms before work begins.

For: An owner or authorized representative of a business that sells peptides for laboratory research use only and wants a processing conversation.

Start from the situation you actually have

A first processing conversation, a replacement after a closure, a response to a provider's website request, and a checkout problem are different jobs. The same company can have more than one of them, but each one needs its own facts.

Use the guide that matches the document in front of you. If you have a closure notice, start with the closure guide. If you are comparing written proposals, use the proposal comparison. If the store is not yet taking orders, use the new-store preparation guide. This page is the place to decide what Prism can help discuss and what a provider still has to answer.

What Prism does, and what the provider decides

Prism works with research-use-only businesses on payments, compliance, checkout, ecommerce websites, and merchant operations. Describe the work you need. Prism will confirm scope, responsibilities, fees, and terms before work begins.

A provider, not Prism, decides whether the business is eligible, which documents it wants, and what fees, reserves, or account limits apply. Prism's public pages also state that a website review is informational. It is not a legal opinion or a compliance certificate. Nothing on this page adds an approval rate, a fee, a country list, or a promise that a particular processor is available.

The facts that change the conversation

A provider cannot evaluate a description that mixes the legal entity, the brand name, and a supplier's name. Write the name on the formation document and the name customers see, and say whether they are the same.

Country and currency matter because a provider's contract names where the merchant operates and where funds are settled. If you sell from one country and hold inventory in another, say both. If you do not yet know the settlement currency a provider would use, leave that unknown.

The catalog has to match the research-use-only position you intend to present. List the product types you actually sell or plan to sell. Do not describe a different, narrower catalog than the one on the website. A provider comparing the site with the application can see that difference.

Sales channels change the review. An online store, a wholesale invoice, and a phone order do not produce the same payment record. Say which channels are live and which are only planned.

The platform matters because checkout behavior is specific to the software and the payment extension installed. Name the store platform and, if you know it, the checkout type. If a developer operates the site, say so.

Trading status is either history you can point to or a plan. Completed orders, an existing processor, or a prior closure are facts. Forecasts are not history. A new business should say that processing history does not exist yet.

The reason for the inquiry helps Prism understand the work you need. Summarize the provider's request or describe the operational problem in ordinary language. Do not send account numbers, card numbers, passwords, or customer lists through the public form.

What happens after you send the form

The contact form asks for your name, email, role, and a message that includes the website, the products, and the question. Company is optional. Prism's contact page says the team reviews the inquiry and follows up by email. It does not book a time, sell a service, or submit a processing application.

There is no published response-time promise. A follow-up conversation is where scope and any fee are agreed. If you would rather start by email, the contact page lists tom@prismpro.io.

Questions this page cannot close

Whether a new research-use-only peptide business can be approved, whether a prior closure can be overcome, and whether a named platform or wallet is eligible are provider-specific questions. Ask those questions of the provider, in writing, against the actual business.

A research-use disclaimer, a checkout acknowledgment, or a laboratory-looking product page does not itself establish that a provider will process the account. The provider reads the whole storefront and the application together.

Inquiry preparation table

Complete this from your own records before you write the consultation message. Leave a row blank when you do not know the answer. Worksheet entries are not submitted by this worksheet or saved by this site. Use only non-sensitive summaries; do not enter credentials, government identifiers, card or bank-account numbers, private receipt links, or customer details.

Worksheet entries are not submitted by Prism’s worksheet and are not saved by the site. Use record types, availability, anonymized observations, or match/mismatch results. Do not enter government identifiers, customer names or addresses, customer messages, receipt-access links, card or bank details, passwords, or keys. Send sensitive documents only through the provider’s verified secure channel.

Limits

  • A Prism consultation can help you organize the facts and discuss the website or processing question. The payment provider decides eligibility, pricing, reserves, and whether an account is opened or closed.
  • Do not send payment-card data, passwords, bank records, or customer lists through the public form.
