A useful introduction to Prism

Use the public consultation form. It asks for your name, email, role, an optional company, and a message that includes the website, the research-only products, and the question. The role choices are Research-Only Merchant, Merchant Representative, and Other. Prism reviews the inquiry and follows up by email. Before any work, Prism discusses scope, fees, and terms. A request does not book an appointment, purchase a service, or submit a processing application. The representative role is not a partner program, a referral fee, or permission to send another company's private information. Describe the work you need. Prism will confirm scope, responsibilities, fees, and terms before work begins.

For: A person authorized to speak for a research-use-only peptide business, including a merchant representative, who needs to introduce that business's real processing or checkout question.

The documented intake is the consultation form

The contact page is titled as a consultation request. The message help text asks for the website URL, the research-only products sold, and the question, plus any relevant feedback from the payment provider. Company is optional. The sender must choose a role. Those are the fields a representative can complete. There is no second public form for partners.

After the form is sent, Prism says it reviews the inquiry and follows up by email. Scope, any fees, and the terms are discussed before work begins. The same page says a request does not book a time, buy a service, or file a processing application. Email to tom@prismpro.io is the published alternative. Neither path publishes a response-time promise.

The footer states that processing is subject to provider underwriting and ongoing review, and that no service guarantees regulatory compliance, processing approval, or uninterrupted account access. An introduction does not change that.

Merchant Representative is a role label, not a program

The role menu includes Merchant Representative. That lets an authorized person say they are not the merchant and still send the form. Selecting a representative role does not create a referral or partner agreement. Any commission or continuing representation arrangement must be confirmed directly with Prism.

A useful message names the introducer, the relationship to the business, the public website, the product categories the site actually sells, and the operational question. It names a person at the business who may be contacted. It does not attach a private client list from other companies.

If you are not authorized to discuss that merchant, do not send the form. The role you select does not create authority.

What the merchant still has to decide

The introducer can decide whether they are authorized to write, which public facts are accurate, and what work the merchant needs. Describe the payment, compliance, checkout, website, or merchant-operations question. Prism will confirm the scope before work begins.

Prism decides whether to reply and what scope and fee, if any, to offer before work. The payment provider decides eligibility, documents, price, reserves, and account status. The introducer decides none of those.

Unknown: whether Prism will treat a particular third party as a continuing representative after the first email. The public site does not describe that arrangement. The merchant can also write the form itself. A representative is not required.

Leave private records out

The form says to leave out payment card details, passwords, and customer records. A useful introduction does not include account numbers, API secrets, customer exports, or another merchant's confidential file.

Provider feedback can be summarized in ordinary language: what was asked, which public pages it named, and any deadline the provider wrote. The solutions page asks for that kind of detail when the question is a provider's website request. It does not ask for a login.

A website review, if one is later agreed, looks at public content within the agreed scope. Findings are informational. They are not a legal opinion, a compliance certificate, or an approval.

Introduction brief

Draft the message here before you paste a summary into the contact form. If a row is not yours to answer, leave it blank. Worksheet entries are not submitted by this worksheet or saved by this site. Use only non-sensitive summaries; do not enter credentials, government identifiers, card or bank-account numbers, private receipt links, or customer details.

Do not enter government identifiers, customer names or addresses, customer messages, receipt-access links, card or bank details, passwords, or keys. Send sensitive documents only through the provider’s verified secure channel.

Item the form can carryWhy it belongs in the messageWhat not to includeYour record
Your name, email, and roleThe form requires them. Merchant Representative is one of the listed roles. It does not create a partner agreement.A referral-fee, partner-status, or approval claim that is not supported by an applicable written agreement or provider decision.
Your relationship to the businessThe follow-up needs to know who is speaking and whether the merchant authorized it.A relationship you cannot explain, or authority you do not have.
Public business name and websiteThe message help text asks for the website. The provider and Prism both need the real store, not a description of a different one.A private admin URL, a password, or a site the merchant has not authorized you to name.
Research-only products actually soldThe form asks for the products. The catalog on the site is the one to describe.Consumer-use claims, or a narrower catalog than the live site.
The specific needSolutions lists a storefront review, processing preparation, or help with a provider's website questions. The need picks the conversation.A statement that the inquiry itself grants approval or fixes pricing. Account decisions and actual terms require the relevant provider’s confirmation.
Provider feedback and any deadlineSolutions asks for the provider's website questions and any stated deadline when that is the issue.Account numbers or a demand that Prism answer the provider for you.
Who at the business may replyFollow-up is by email. Prism needs a person who can confirm the facts.A borrowed inbox the business does not read, or a list of other clients.
What you are not sendingThe form tells senders to leave out card details, passwords, and customer records.Card numbers, passwords, API secrets, customer lists, and other companies' private files.

These are temporary notes. Leaving or reloading this page may clear them. The consultation form does not include these entries.

Limits

  • A Prism consultation can help you organize the facts and discuss the website or processing question. The payment provider decides eligibility, pricing, reserves, and whether an account is opened or closed.
  • Do not claim a referral or partner arrangement without an applicable written agreement.
  • The representative role does not submit a processing application or reserve a processing decision.
