Checking your processing application for inconsistent information
They agree when the application version you intend to submit, the website as it is now, and the attached records use the same legal name, the same goods, the same sales channels, the same fulfillment model, and the same periods. Agreement is not the same as completeness for every provider, and it is not an approval. Stripe prohibits inaccurate or misleading information about identity, the entity, or the nature of the business, and processing for products that were not disclosed. Prism can review whether the public catalog, claims, and policies describe one business. That review is informational. If a value is not in a record, leave it blank. Do not invent a figure so two columns match. Describe the work you need. Prism will confirm scope, responsibilities, fees, and terms before work begins.

Use the application version you would actually submit, not a draft you have already replaced and not a verbal summary. Next to it, open the website a reviewer can open today. Then open only the records you plan to attach. A fact that appears in one of those three and not in the others is the inconsistency this page is for.
Building the business description from scratch, recording how the business changed over time, and answering a question a provider sends after submission are different jobs. This page does not create the missing fact. It shows where the assembled file disagrees with itself.
Compare the facts a reviewer will put side by side
Start with the legal name and, if it differs, the trade name. Then the goods: every product type still offered on the site should be the catalog the application describes. Then the channels that can take an order today, as distinct from a channel you plan to open. Then who holds the goods and who ships them. Then the dates. A processing figure, an order count, or a statement of history has to name the same period as the records underneath it.
Prism's features page says the review looks at the catalog, promotional content, and store policies together, including who products are presented to and claims that conflict. Use that idea on your own file: if the application says the business serves one audience and a live page describes another, the file is not consistent. The Prism review, if you later request one, is still informational. It is not a legal opinion, a compliance certification, or a guarantee of approval.
A match on the documents you have is not underwriting
Stripe's prohibited-uses section prohibits false, manipulated, inaccurate, or misleading information about identity, the business entity, and the nature of the business. It also prohibits processing for products or services that were not disclosed in the application, and for another undisclosed merchant. It says changes to personal or business information must be notified to Stripe immediately. Those sentences are reasons to correct a Stripe application that contradicts the site. They are not a score, and they do not say Stripe will approve a research-use-only peptide business. A different provider can require different fields.
You can correct the application so it matches the record, correct the website if the website is the part that is wrong, or mark the item unresolved. You cannot make the columns match by deleting a live product from the application only, or by typing a number you do not have. Consistency does not mean the provider's list is complete, and it does not predict the decision.
What you still have to ask
If the application asks for a document you do not have, the consistent answer is that the document is not available. Do not attach a different document and call it the one that was requested. Ask the provider whether the missing item is required and where to send anything it still wants.
The public form can carry the question, the website, and the products. It says to leave out payment-card details, passwords, and customer records. Follow-up is by email. Scope, fees, and terms are discussed before work. Sending the form does not submit the processing application and does not mean the file has been checked by a provider.
